Terms

Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. These describe how the service currently behaves. They are not a substitute for terms drafted for the operating entity, which does not exist yet.

Ordering

• Orders are prepaid and placed before delivery.
• Prices shown are calculated by us at the time you order. Sales tax is added at payment.
• A minimum order applies and is shown before you check out.

Delivery

• We deliver to the spot you describe, within the zones listed at checkout.
• If we cannot find you, we will try to reach you on the number you gave. If we still cannot complete the delivery, we will contact you about a refund.

What we do not sell

• No alcohol. None is available, in any zone, at any time.
• No prepared food. Everything is factory-sealed.

Operating entity

Not yet formed. This will name the operating company before launch.
